United Church Funds (UCF) is thrilled to welcome Kelsey Rose as the newest addition to our team. Kelsey serves in the role of Associate, Institutional Relationships, working alongside Matt Wagner and Stacey Pettice in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing UCF clients and partners.

Prior to this role, Kelsey worked for Global Ministries, a shared ministry of the United Church of Christ (UCC) and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She holds a master’s degree in public affairs with a concentration in nonprofit administration from Indiana University-South Bend.

Of her tenure with Global Ministries, Kelsey says: “I enjoyed being able to work with people who use their giving as ways seek out God’s abundant life for all. I also have grown to appreciate the powerful ways endowment funds can help touch many lives and further an organization’s important mission. By joining UCF, I look forward to living out this appreciation for how investing endowed funds can represent a client’s values and support their mission.”

Kelsey lives with her husband, David, in southern Nevada, along with their two young daughters, and the family enjoys hiking, swimming, biking and exploring national parks. We are excited to have Kelsey on our team and are confident she will make significant contributions to UCF’s mission.

We were also pleased to welcome three other important team members in 2023, including Client Services Associates Jason Gonzalez and Tiffany Williams as well as Staff Accountant Michael Zivanov.

Jason brings an extensive knowledge and experience in the client services and finance industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biochemistry from Hunter College. After graduating, he specialized in jewelry financial operations and production and most recently pivoted to applying his finance experience in the tech startup field. He lives in Brooklyn, NY and enjoys spending quality time with his three daughters at local parks.

Tiffany comes to UCF with 15 years of experience in the customer and financial service industry. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, Tiffany attended Lehman College. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters when she’s not working.

A Queens native, Michael graduated from Queens College, The City University of New York (CUNY), with a master’s degree in accounting. Prior to joining UCF, Michael worked as a junior accountant for a mid-size CPA firm and as an accounts payable clerk at a private firm, where he was an integral part of a team that assisted a large corporate accounting department. Michael is an enthusiastic individual who seeks challenges and growth opportunities.

As we move into 2024, we are grateful to have such a strong team at UCF, and we look forward to continuing to serve our clients and further their missions in the years to come.
