United Church Funds (UCF) is moving to a new and improved online portal for all clients with enhanced security. The new portal, Innovue, will “go live” effective December 1, 2022. At that time, the previous portal (TP Online) will no longer be active, and all previous username and password information will no longer access either portal.

One important change is that the new portal will be accessed through a single login and password associated with the organization, not through individuals, to enhance cybersecurity protocol.

As with the previous portal, clients will be able to access, view and print statements and other account information directly from the new portal. Any transaction requests must still be submitted in writing by authorized representatives of your organization.

Please read below for very important information about how an authorized representative from your organization can access the portal:

  • UCF sent an initial email to each client on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 30, 2022, containing instructions for the initial login process. For security purposes, this email was sent to the email address we have on file for the organization, not to a specific individual.
  • If you do not see the email, please check your spam filter. If you do not receive the email or are unsure of the address it was sent to, please contact our Client Services at [email protected].
  • The email will contain a link to the new portal and login instructions. Upon initial login, you will be required to change your password. Please keep this password in a secure location, and only share it with officers of your organization who are authorized to access account information.

Upon accessing the new portal, you will be prompted to immediately change the temporary password to a custom password. Once completed, an authorized representative from your organization will be able to use the client-specific username and password to access the portal. We urge you to closely guard this login information and share it only with those authorized to view and access account information. As authorized officers change over time, your organization can change the password via the portal.

While we do not anticipate any significant disruption accessing account information, we appreciate your patience with our response times to emails regarding login issues. We will reply to all inquiries in as timely a manner as possible. UCF Clients with Multiple Accounts

As we roll out UCF’s new Innovue client portal, we have learned of an issue that we are working to correct as quickly as possible. Clients with multiple investment accounts may not be able to view all of the accounts in the portal. Rest assured that all of your accounts are safe and secure. This is merely an issue related to linking accounts to client-specific usernames. We appreciate your patience as we work on the solution. Thank you for your understanding!
