Michele has worked with the UCC since 1989. A native New Yorker, she earned her BS in Accounting from City University of New York. In addition to her work with UCF, Michele owns Sara Mae Bakery, a Harlem-based catering and baked goods business. Michele is a member of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion church and enjoys salsa dancing.
