Frank L. Sims - United Church Funds

Frank comes to the UCF Board after retiring in 2008 from Cargill, Inc., where he led major strategic business segments in the United States and internationally. As President of Cargill’s North American Grain Business, Frank was responsible for the oversight and management of a $6 billion annual operation with 3,000 employees.

Frank also served as Chairman of the Board at Fisk University (where he also spent three years as Interim President), as well as the Atlanta Pension Fund. He has also served on the Boards of South Jersey Industries and A.G. Rhodes.

A 1972 graduate of Paul Quinn College, Frank earned a B.A. in Business Administration, cum laude. The College honored him with an Honorary Doctorate in 2013. He and his wife, Robyn, live in Atlanta and have three children. They are members of Atlanta’s First Congregational Church.
