Among his numerous positions on non-profit boards, Mr. Misemer currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Interfaith Action Foundation. This Minnesota-based organization engages congregations and people from diverse faith traditions in building stability and economic mobility for families in the St. Paul area.
Prior to this, Mr. Misemer served as a treasure for Saint Anthony Park United Church of Christ and as Vice President for District Operations and continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Star Council of Boy Scouts of America.
For over 32 years, Mr. Misemer held a variety of positions in research and development and IT for 3M Company, culminating in leading a team responsible for delivering IT solutions to 3M’s global Research and Development organization. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Physics from Cornell University.
