Cathe brings over 28 years of legal expertise and a deep commitment to helping communities build financial legacies. As a member of the Illinois Bar and the General Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, she has cultivated a practice that spans estate planning, real estate, business law, family law and counsel for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
A graduate of DePaul University and the University of Illinois College of Law, Cathe is also a certified family mediator and collaborative law attorney. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was honored as one of the Chicago Defender’s 2014 Women of Excellence, and her firm also received the SSSBA Small Business Leader of the Year award in 2020.
Cathe is an active member of Covenant United Church of Christ in South Holland, Illinois and has served as the church’s General Counsel and Business Administrator.
