Milly joined UCF in 2004 and is the friendly voice you often hear on the other end of the phone, overseeing the customer service for account-related inquiries. Prior to UCF she worked in public opinion research at Baruch College, Greenpath Debt Solutions, and at a Bio-Chem Laboratory. Milly holds two BA degrees, in English and in Sociology, from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
