December 2022 account statements are now available for viewing and download from your organization’s online client portal under Statements and Documents. UCF’s new portal, Innovue, offers new features and functionality that our previous online portal did not, and we encourage you to watch a video tutorial we’ve created with tips to help you navigate the portal, along with a step-by-step guide and an FAQ document. You can view all those resources here.
Please note that there are three December 2022 statements posted to the portal – one annual, one quarterly and one monthly. The December 2022 annual and quarterly statements provide year-end information, including income paid or reinvested and account activity as of November 1, 2022 (the start date of the online portal). Note that Innovue will capture information for all quarters on a go-forward basis, and future quarterly reporting will include full quarterly account activity.
Still Need to Log in to Innovue?
As a reminder, each institution (not individual) was sent login credentials and a temporary password for accessing the portal in early December 2022. While most UCF clients have logged in, if your institution has yet to log in, or you are unsure of your login credentials, we encourage you to contact UCF’s Institutional Relationships team at the contact information below.
